First time trying Pho and it was so good and filling. I had the Shrimp Pho and it was good. Staff was friendly and wore masks.. The place was clean and inviting.

Food is good. It comes out one dish at a time so don't go with a group of more than 2 or 3. Understandably due to the smallest kitchen I have ever seen for a restaurant.

Extremely poor service. Extremely poor food. I waited over a half hour for my meal and the place wasn't even busy. Staff was just rude and unconcerned. This is a fast food place, and when I asked what was up after other parties who ordered after me we're getting their food, I was simply told to take my seat. I wouldn't have minded if the wait if the staff were polite about it, but they were not. When the food finally came, it was dry and tasteless: just white rice with raw shredded carrots, raw cucumbers, and a few slices of dry chicken with no spice to speak of. The "spring" that came with it tasted on par with supermarket microwave varieties. At least they supply large bottles of cheap hoisin and hot sauce, so you can add some kind of flavor to your food. Won't ever come back! Portions are small and over-priced. What a disappointment!
